TRAINING & SUPPORT
We provide extensive training for our products. We will train your auditors or train your trainers and travel to you for the training at your request. We also provide training using GoToMeeting online where you can see our screen and we can see your screen.
DB Software provides continuous support to auditors directly. If an auditor has a problem using our software with a particular audit, we are always available to help.
DB Software will work with your IT professionals to make sure we can load taxpayer information into DB Software. When audits are complete, we create files for uploading the audited data back to your mainframes. Auditors will not normally have to enter taxpayer reported data.
You can audit IFTA. You can audit IRP. Or you can create a combined audit of IFTA/IRP. And our software provides the ability to audit many fleets.
